Servers- Adequate no of Servers as per client’s requirements (can be increase or decrease). For Local Network authentication we are using ML350 G4 which is duel processor capable, 1 GB RAM, 72 GB SCSI with RAID 1 and Tape Drive.

Computers – Pentium IV, 2.8 GHz with 40 GB HDD/512 MB RAM

Internet Connection- 512 Kbps, 1:1

Dialer – Predictive with facility like online barge in with excellent reporting tools, Reports can be furnished to clients in any required format.

Headsets and Other Tools- World class tools like Plantronics etc

Intranet Security- Sonic wall TZ 170 firewall with content filtering and URL with auto redundancy on ISP level. We have gateway level virus detector to prevent virus attacks.

VPN Capability- Since we have sonic wall firewall we have capability to create VPN tunnels to our clients network which assures secure communication between both the parties.

Apart from that we have hardware firewall to prevent internet attacks and high standard content filtering tools, also antivirus tools to prevent virus attacks.

Power and Backup Facilities

Online UPS to support to all Desktops for 60 Minutes at full load and Power backup source.
